🎉 [What You Will Do]

• Develop and plan new content strategies to drive key metric growth in the global market.
• Identify and build partnerships with exceptional production teams, with a focus on creating/sourcing English-language content.
• Review and analyze synopsis and treatments from production partners, offering insightful and actionable feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with production teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
• Monitor content performance metrics to understand user preferences and improve engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for content innovation.
• Ensure content excellence by managing the entire production cycle, including but not limited to reviewing subtitles, assessing video quality, and maintaining high production standards.

🙋‍♂️ [Basic Qualifications]

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• At least three year of experience in the digital media or OTT industry. Strong understanding of content production techniques and the editing process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to collaborate effectively with X-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Be available for frequent travel to various locations as required.
• Ability to analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve quality.
• Strong logical decision-making and quick problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Seoul office, located near Gangnam Station.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

🔮 [Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in collaborating with production agencies and managing external partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the OTT industry, including familiarity with emerging trends and technologies.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter with a "get-it-done" attitude.
• A proven team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect across cultures.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and video editing software.
• Fluency in a second foreign language other than English is considered a plus.
• Minimum one year of living experience abroad preferred, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.

Spoon Labs HR and US Content Manager will thoroughly review your resume.

• 1st Interview

You will have a 1-hour interview with the Spoon Labs US Content Manager.

The interview will be conducted in English and held in person, though remote interviews can be arranged depending on the circumstances.

• 2nd Interview

You will have a 1-hour culture fit interview with the Spoon Labs HR Manager.

The interview will be conducted in person, primarily in English and Korean, with an interpreter available if necessary, though remote interviews can be arranged depending on the circumstances.

2nd and 3rd interviews will be conducted consecutively in a single day.

• 3rd Interview

You will have a 1-hour interview with the CEO of Spoon Labs.

The interview will be conducted in person, primarily in English and Korean, with an interpreter available if necessary, though remote interviews can be arranged depending on the circumstances.

• Reference Check

• Depending on the situation, the recruitment process may be adjusted, with certain steps being omitted or added (e.g., task assignment, coding test, coffee chat, additional interviews, etc.).
