Application Process
Q. Is there a specific format for application documents?
A. No, there’s no required format! Feel free to submit your documents in any format that best showcases your experience and skills.
Q. Can I reapply?
A. If you were not selected in the application or interview stage, you’ll need to wait one month before reapplying for the same position. However, you can immediately reapply for a different position at any time!
Q. Can I apply for multiple positions at once?
A. No, we do not allow simultaneous applications for multiple positions. However, if we find that you might be a better fit for another open role, we may proactively recommend it to you!
Q. Can I submit additional documents besides the required ones?
A. At SpoonLabs, a resume is the only required document for all applications. If you’d like to submit additional materials (e.g., portfolio, cover letter, career summary, Notion link, GitHub link, etc.), you’re welcome to send them via email at [email protected].
Q. I’m a fresh graduate with no work experience. What should I include in my application?
A. If you’re applying as a new graduate or intern, you can include relevant experiences such as: Projects related to the position, Coursework from your major, Clubs & extracurricular activities, Internships or part-time jobs
Q. I want to apply through an employee referral. What’s the process?
A. If you’re applying via a SpoonLabs employee referral, please inform the referring employee of your intent before applying. Then, submit your application through the SpoonLabs website as usual!
Q. I want to learn more about life at SpoonLabs from real employees. Where can I find more information?

Interview Process
Q. How are interviews conducted?
A. We primarily conduct in-person interviews. For details on the interview format and duration, please check the Job Description (JD) for the specific role!
Q. Can I request a virtual interview instead of an in-person one?
A. We primarily conduct in-person interviews, but we understand that circumstances may vary. If you need a virtual interview, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Q. I need to reschedule my interview due to unavoidable circumstances. What should I do?
A. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try our best to adjust the timing. However, if the interviewer’s schedule is not flexible, rescheduling may not be possible.
Please note that we can only allow one rescheduling to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Thank you for your understanding!
Q. How long does it take to receive interview results?
A. Interview results are usually provided within one week. If there’s any delay, we will send a follow-up email to keep you updated.
Q. Can I request an interview confirmation letter?
A. Please send your request to the email address where you received the interview details. We will provide the confirmation letter in writing after the interview is completed.
