📍Resume Screening

  • Our EX Team (HR) and relevant hiring managers carefully review each application.
  • A resume is required for all positions. Depending on the role, a portfolio may also be necessary.
  • Feel free to submit your resume and portfolio in any format that best showcases your experience and skills. However, please ensure that your work history is detailed and specific.

📍First Interview

  • This is a role-specific interview with the hiring manager, focusing on your practical experience and expertise related to the position.
  • Estimated duration: 1 to 1.5 hours (varies by position - please refer to the job posting for details)
  • Dress code: Casual - come as you feel comfortable!
  • We usually provide interview results within a week. If you haven’t received an update within two weeks, please reach out to [email protected].

📍Second Interview

  • This is a culture fit interview with the EX Team (HR) to assess your alignment with SpoonLabs’ values and work culture.
  • We’ll discuss topics related to collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution, based on SpoonLabs’ core values.
  • Estimated duration: 1 hour (varies by position - please refer to the job posting for details)
  • Dress code: Casual - come as you feel comfortable!

📍Third Interview

  • This is a final comprehensive interview with a C-level executive or department head, covering both technical expertise and cultural fit.
  • The discussion will include role-specific questions as well as alignment with SpoonLabs’ culture and values.
  • Estimated duration: 1 hour (varies by position - please refer to the job posting for details)
  • Dress code: Casual - come as you feel comfortable!
  • The second and third interviews are conducted back-to-back on the same day.

📍Reference Check & Offer

  • With your consent, we conduct a reference check to gain deeper insights into:
    • How well you align with SpoonLabs' culture and work style
    • The synergy we can create together
    • How we can best support your growth
  • Once you pass the reference check, the EX Team (HR) will discuss compensation, benefits, and your start date to finalize your offer.
